Harrassment of Fishermen Continues

ALOHA TO ALL YOU FISHERMEN AND YOUR FAMILIES,

THIS IS AN ALERT!

LETTING YOU ALL KNOW THAT YES,THE TWO ARE AT IT AGAIN. THIS PAST WEEKEND(APRIL3,2010).
AT MOKULEIA AND KA'ENA POINT STATE PARK.

HEADS UP AND WATCH YOURSELVES. THEY ARE HITTING FISHERMEN WITH THE CAMPING PARAPHERNALIA RULE. CONFISCATED POP UP CANOPIES REGARDLESS IF IT WAS RAINING. TWO FISHERMEN HAVE TO APPEAR IN WAHIAWA DISTRICT COURT ON MAY 27(THURSDAY).

REMEMBER THE GAME WARDEN CAN CLAIM ANY ITEM AS CAMPING PARAPHERNALIA BECAUSE OF THE WORD "OTHER" IN THE RULE.

JUST WANTED YOU ALL TO KNOW. SPREAD THE WORD!

WE ARE ALL FIGHTING THE SAME "CAUSE". TO BE ALLOWED TO FISH OVERNIGHT WITH PROTECTED FISHING GEAR. THE RULE APPLIES TO ANYONE ON THE STATE PARK/BEACH ONE HOUR AFTER SUNSET TO SUN UP. SO LET US FORGET OUR PERSONAL DIFFERENCES AND STAND UNITED IN OUR FIGHT FOR OUR TRADITIONS AND CULTURE TO CONTINUE.
